Helpdesk Phone Hours

For the months of June, July and August, the Buildings & Estates Helpdesk phone will be available from 10.00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. Alternatively, please log a ticket on PEMAC or email us at  buildingsandestates@universityofgalway.ie. For emergencies, contact Security at 091 493333.

Report a Fault / Service Requests

Buildings and Estates use an online request management system (Pemac Assets) for fault reporting / managing maintenance requests. Contact your Buildings & Estates Unit Liaison to log requests with us online.

What type of requests should I log on PEMAC Assets?

  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Fire Prevention
  • Fit-out services
  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
  • Landscape and Grounds Maintenance
  • Lift repairs
  • Painting
  • Pest Control
  • Plumbing
  • Security (keys and access)
  • Signage

For operational reasons cleaning, attendant services, transportation (moving of equipment/furniture), poster boards and WEEE waste requests are not logged on Pemac Assets. Send an email with details of your request to buildingsandestates@universityofgalway.ie
