The Researcher Development Centre, hosts a wide range of supports to inform on, and develop, researcher supervision skills. For example the RDC provides access, through the Self-Paced Courses dashboard to the online Professional Skills for Research Leaders course and the Research Skills Toolkit course.

This webinar aims to foster exchange across the ENLIGHT network by exploring and comparing approaches to PhD supervisor training at partner universities. The session will feature contributions from Anna Salzano (University of Groningen) and Stéphanie Danaux (University of Bordeaux), followed by an open discussion.
