To request a blueclick.ie account, you can email servicedesk@universityofgalway.ie or log a request using the Service Desk Ticketing System.
Choose 12. Telephone Services > Mobile Services > Blueclick Account Request.
Please provide the following information:
- University of Galway email address and mobile number (or state that you require a new mobile number).
- The Name and email address of the Three Nominated Contact for your Unit/College/School.
- Your full Unit/College/School work address (Room, Building, eircode) as it will be used by couriers to deliver your new device.
- Budget Code (this will be used for billing).
Once you have provided this information, ISS can complete your Blueclick account request, and you will then receive an email with your new Blueclick login credentials.
