Getting Started:

Below is a guide through the password reset process:

  1. Go to password reset page.
  2. Enter your username (e.g., 0123456s@universityofgalway.ie).
  3. Complete the Captcha.
  4. Choose Authenticator App or text/call for verification (match your MFA phone number).
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

EduRoam Wi-Fi:

  • Reconnect with your new password.
  • On Windows 10, right-click EduRoam, click "Forget this Network," and reconnect.
  • More detailed instructions here.

On Campus:

  • Use your current password off-campus.
  • Connect to campus wired network to update.
