Why cant I register online?

New Student - Have you received your offer in the last 24 hours?

Please wait 48 hours before you access your online registration as your record won’t be on the system.

 Continuing Student

Have you received results for 24/25 academic year? If not your record will NOT be on the 25/26 system and you cant register

Your application is still in progress / awaiting further documentation

Contact the Admissions Office to check the status of your application

You cannot register online if you have outstanding fees, NON EU fees must have payment made in advance of registration

I would like to update my home address / Obtain proof of my registration/ get a form signed?

Contact the Student Registry Helpdesk 

I can't login to my student portal / change password / access my email/log into Canvas

I am a new student and want to change course or defer my place for a year

Where do I get my course timetable/course details?  

New students receive information such as Course material / handbooks etc during Orientation Week.
After that time, all queries regarding course handbooks, timetables, and module selection should be directed to the department or College Office.
Returning Students will receive information before the start of term by email or notification on your Canvas / course info portal.
