Sustainability in the Curriculum

We integrate sustainability concepts into many of our business modules. Students learn about:

  • Sustainable and ethical branding
  • Technological change and its environmental impact
  • Entrepreneurial approaches to solving global challenges
  • The UN SDGs are embedded into classroom discussions, encouraging students to apply these principles to their business ideas and decision-making processes.

About Shannon College

Shannon College of Hotel Management, founded in 1951, is Ireland's only dedicated hotel management college. We offer two level 8 degrees, 3 Level 9 degrees all preparing students for careers in business and hotel management. We also offer an International Business Foundation course as well as micro credentials and continuous professional development courses throughout the year.
