If you're new to T4 Site Manager, the University's Web Content Management System (CMS), the most important links to follow are:

Previously Trained Users

Please take the latest training course (launched in October 2025) - the CMS has been upgraded multiple times, and the University's legal obligations, concerning web content, have changed since you were originally trained.

  • Full Training Course (4 hours 15 mins of tuition videos + 1 hour 30 mins of tasks to complete - broken into bite-sized chunks that you can take in your own time).

This latest training course is mandatory for all users.  Website-related helpdesk support is now only available to users with this course's digital badge (available upon course completion) .
