If you have further queries, please see below:

Course Information

The most up to date information on courses is available on the course page on the website. On the course page you will find a drop down box with the heading  ‘Contact Us’. The contacts provided in this section will be able to answer any queries you might have about your course. In some cases the contact point will be a Discipline or School office who are responsible for the administration of the programme and they will have in-depth knowledge of the course structure, curriculum and student experience.

Fee Queries

The undergraduate fees webpages provide information for prospective students on the costs associated with studying at University of Galway, including tuition fees, the Student Contribution Charge, the Free Fees Initiative and available funding supports. Before contacting the Fees Office, applicants should review the information available online, where many common questions are answered.

Scholarship Information

There is no one central contact that looks after all scholarship queries as there are a very large range of scholarships available; some relate to specific courses or subject areas and others are more general, some are for Access students, some require applications and others are awarded automatically. You should spend time reviewing the scholarship information that is relevant to your situation:

  • Global Scholarships which offer scholarships specifically aimed at international students.
  • Access Scholarships for students who face barriers to coming to university.
  • CAO Scholarships for CAO applicants including Excellence, Sports, Creative Arts, Community Engagement and also industry sponsored scholarships.
