Course Content:

Aim:

  • To equip managers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively manage recruitment campaigns in line with University policy and procedures.
  • Objectives:
  • Understand the University's recruitment process for different staff categories
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of Hiring Managers, HR and Board of Assessors
  • Complete the required recruitment documents including initialising form, shortlisting and interview forms.
  • Manage a recruitment campaign in line with University Policy

**This course should be taken along side the other mandatory recruitment trainings: Interview Skills & Unconscious bias**
