IHDI Member Event

The Institute for Health Discovery and Innovation at University of Galway is hosting a members event on 23 April 2026.

Theme for the Day: Scientific Direction and Future Opportunities in the Institute for Health Discovery and Innovation

The purpose of the event is to introduce new members to the Institute and its Pillars, while also helping to build a shared understanding of the major scientific questions, strengths and emerging opportunities across the membership. The day should be forward-looking and science-led, with an emphasis on where different fields are going, how they connect, and where there may be opportunities for collaboration, capability development and future funding activity.

Goal for the Day: To spark new collaborations, strengthen relationships, and deepen the connections that enable discovery.
