International Summer School Fee Payment

Full tuition payment is required on acceptance of a course offer for the Irish Studies, Education in Ireland, Ecology and Business.  Any outstanding fees must be paid by 30th May 2026.  Payments must be made by Electronic Funds Transfer using the information below (this account should be used for Summer School payments only):

Email a copy of the electronic payment transfer confirmation to the Summer School Office summerschool@universityofgalway.ie to help us track the payment.

Transfers must be made in Euros and please ensure "Summer School Course & Applicants Name" is referenced on all bank transfers; if a third party is processing the payment, please ensure same.

NOTE FROM THE FEES OFFICE:

All other tuition (certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate fees payments) should pay fees here https://www.universityofgalway.ie/student-fees/pay-fees/   Using an incorrect bank account (e.g. ending 3773) will cause significant delays with payments being matched to your student record.”

Tuition cancellation and Refunds

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Tuition:

  • Student cancels before 15th May, 2026 - no tuition fee applies.
  • Student cancels after 15th May, 2026 but before start of course commences - deposit of €500 applies.
  • Student cancels after the start of the course - full tuition fee applies.

Accommodation:
Campus Living cancellation and refunds

  • Student cancels after 30th April but before 15th May 2026 - 60% accommodation fee applies.
  • Student cancels after 15th May 2026 - full accommodation applies.

Notification of cancellation of the booking should be advised in writing to summerschool@universityofgalway.ie and conference@universityofgalway.ie by the University partner or Student in the case of independent applications and will take effect the day Campus Living receives written notification.
