CMT-DN Case Study
This project uses advanced “brain‑on‑a‑chip” models to test treatments in a faster, more cost‑effective and animal‑free way. Through CMT‑DN, researchers are trained in innovative brain technologies and safer approaches for studying diseases affecting brain blood vessels. Key outcomes included recruitment of a Programme Manager and doctoral candidates, early completion of a DPIA, and support for the project kick‑off meeting.
